The successful candidates will have a minimum of three years litigation experience; preferably in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency, insurance, health and administrative law.
Qualities Required
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrates flexibility, reliability and resourcefulness
- Personable, confident; with a positive attitude
Skills Required
- Understanding and familiarity with litigation legal precedents and procedures
- Proficiency with MS Word
- Formal legal administrative assistant (secretary) education and training
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Able to work in a fast paced environment; using initiative and sound judgment
- Accurate and detail oriented
