Environmental Law - Managing Risk
RIchard Bereti and Una Radoja of Harper Grey's environmental law group presented a panel discussion of the contaminated site regime in British Columbia, amendments to the Environmental Management Act and Contaminated Site Regulations, and a case law update on civil liability, cost recovery and the common law. John Ward from the Ministry of Environment presented with Radoja and Bereti.
