This course presented a review of hot topics currently shaping personal injury practice. The program looked at a broad spectrum of areas, ranging across developments in the law, advocacy skills, the law of evidence, and law practice management. The emphasis was on practical information that is relevant to the “cut and thrust” of everyday PI practice.
