This course will present a review of hot topics currently shaping personal injury practice. The program will look at a broad spectrum of areas, ranging across developments in the law, advocacy skills, the law of evidence, and law practice management. The emphasis will be on practical information that is relevant to the “cut and thrust” of everyday PI practice. The program is geared to intermediate to intermediate/advanced level counsel from both the defence and plaintiff bars.
