In 2005 the IBC released its new form 2100, which embodies revisions which significantly alter the coverage provided by the CGL policy. This seminar reviewed the most significant changes in the CGL wording, in particular: the modification to the Bodily Injury and Property Damage Insuring Agreement; changes to the Advertising Liability coverage grant; wording to address concurrent causation; and the Pollution Exclusion.
