Fired Pregnant Woman wins at BC Human Rights Tribunal

Harper Grey lawyer Scott Marcinkow successfully represented a woman before the BC Human Rights Tribunal. She had been fired from her part-time job at a local RV dealership after disclosing to her employer that she was pregnant.
On January 27, 2009, the Tribunal released its decision in favour of Mr. Marcinkow's client, and awarded damages to be paid by her employer.
