Tribunal awards pregnant worker $26,000 after lay-off

Fourteen months after it first heard the case, the BC Human Rights Tribunal (BCHRT) has awarded more than $26,000 to an Abbotsford, BC woman who alleged her employer discriminated against her because she was pregnant.

Harper Grey lawyer Scott Marcinkow represented the employee.
