Frank Paul Inquiry: Findings and Reccomendations Released

The public inquiry into the death of Frank Paul in 1998 has concluded that the justice system failed Mr. Paul, who was left in an alley by Vancouver Police and subsequently died of hypothermia.

Harper Grey LLP lawyer Michael Tammen acted as counsel for the BC Civil Liberties Association in the inquiry.

The case has been covered by several media, including CBC and the Vancouver Sun.
