Harper Grey lawyers published in Canadian Bar Review

John P. Sullivan and Jonathan M.S. Woolley were published in the April 2007 edition of the Canadian Bar Review.  Their article, entitled "Oakwell Engineering v. Enernorth Industries: Questions of Burden and Bias in the Enforcement of Foreign Judgments" examines questions relating to the enforcement of foreign judgments in Canada.  The Canadian Bar Review is generally considered the most prestigious of Canadian legal periodicals.
