Frank Paul Inquiry: Release of Findings and Reccomendations

The inqury into the death of Frank Paul has released its findings and reccomendations. The report concludes that the justice system failed Mr. Paul when he was left alone in an alley by police and subsequently died of hypothermia.

Harper Grey LLP lawyer Michael Tammen acted as counsel on behalf of the BC Civil Liberties Association in the inquiry.
