Pre-sale buyers in court to try to get deposits back
Vancouver Sun, August 29, 2009

Harper Grey partner Bryan Baynham, QC represents 20 buyers. He went to BC Supreme Court on Monday, Aug. 31 to apply to have the court protection set aside, and to be named representative counsel for all pre-sale buyers in the complex who want to sign on.
