Legal Update Instruction and Authorship
Two Harper Grey lawyers are providing instruction and authorship for the Real Estate Errors and Omissions Insurance Legal Update course run through the 11 member real estate boards of the B.C. Real Estate Association (BCREA). There are approximately 18,000 realtors in the province; all are required to complete a minimum of 18 continuing education credits in their 2-year licence period.

sica Campbell is writing two chapters for the commercial realtors course: one regarding commercial leases and one regarding bare trusts.
Both McMillan and Campbell have busy practices that involve negotiating a range of real estate disputes.
