Barbara is a partner at Harper Grey LLP. She practices primarily in the area of professional negligence. Barbara also has an interest in privacy and technology law.

Barbara has been an invited speaker and has presented to and written papers for numerous professional associations on privacy, e-commerce risks and insurance coverage, and medical legal issues. She has also volunteered with the B.C. Freedom of Information and Privacy Association assisting it to draft submissions to the federal government on privacy issues concerning the Legal Access proposals for new technology.  She has also been a guest instructor at the Professional Legal Training Course and a guest facilitator for the Introductory Course on Advocacy for the U.B.C. law school.

Barbara is the firm's privacy officer.
