Rod Anderson has a broad litigation practice including civil, regulatory & criminal litigation in relation to capital markets.

Rod has been rated one of the Top 500 lawyers in Canada according to The Lexpert/American Lawyer Media Guide. The Lexpert Legal Directory lists him as one of the leading practitioners in securities litigation in British Columbia. 

In addition to his securities and criminal litigation experience, Rod also has significant experience in the area of commercial litigation in general. Recently, in the area of Directors & Officers ("D & O") liability, Rod acted for the Chairman and CEO of Ebco Industries Ltd., Mr. Helmut Eppich, in the nine week Discovery v. Ebco and Eppich B.C. Supreme Court trial, one of the very few D&O claims to ever go through a full trial in British Columbia. Rod's clients include brokerage firms, registered representatives, and directors and officers of private and public companies.

Rod has appeared before the British Columbia Securities Commission, Market Regulation Services, the Investment Dealers Association and all levels of Court.

Rod was born in North Vancouver, BC. and was raised in Prince George, BC. His interests include all sports but particularly ice hockey, which he has played competitively since his youth.
