John Brown is the Managing Partner of the firm for a second three-year term. In this capacity he is charged with overseeing the business affairs of the firm.
John's practice involves dealing with various types of corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions for businesses and corporations; including, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses; corporate finance; and real estate purchases, sales, financing and leasing; wills and estate planning; advising businesses and corporations generally in respect to day to day corporate and commercial matters.

- Purchase of a BC company for its software technology for a US company
