Bena has acted for insurance clients on matters involving coverage issues, occupier's liability, personal injury, and property damage claims. Bena's practice consists primarily of chambers applications including: summary judgment dismissal applications, jury strike applications and other interlocutory chambers matters. Bena prides herself on resolving cases as quickly and as efficiently as possible for her clients.

Background

Bena was born in Montreal, Quebec, and speaks French.  She has a second degree black belt in Tae kwon do.
