Abigail practises in our insurance and health law groups, which includes providing assistance to medical professionals and insurance clients. 

In her health law practice, Abigail handles a wide range of matters, including civil litigation, human rights complaints, hospital privilege issues and inquests. Abigail's insurance law practise focuses primarily on disability insurance and life insurance defence, including liability and coverage matters.

Background

Abigail was born in Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire, England and grew up in  British Columbia. She spent one year living in France and is fluent in French. She spent a year in England completing her Masters of Law. She has a working knowledge of Spanish. Abigail is an avid snowboarder and traveller. In 2008-2009, she was President of the Rotary Club of Vancouver Sunrise.
