Sarah Swan articled with Harper Grey and following her call to the Bar, joined the firm as an Associate.   During law school, Sarah was a member of two UBC moot teams.  In 2002-2003, she was a member of the Gale Cup Moot Team, and in 2003-2004 she was a member of the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team which travelled to Vienna, Austria and competed against over 130 teams from around the world.

After graduating from law school, Sarah completed a one-year clerkship with the British Columbia Supreme Court.

Background

Sarah grew up in the sunny Okanagan Valley.  In her spare time, she enjoys playing piano and soccer and co-authoring essays on issues of law and popular culture.
