Monique provides legal assistance to several lawyers in the commercial litigation practice group in all aspects of file management and organization by drafting pleadings and Lists of Documents, preparing documentation required with respect to court applications, liasing with clients and experts and has extensive knowledge of the design and use of document management support systems as she frequently works on document intensive files.

In 2006, Monique participated in a series of workshops that led to the drafting of the Supreme Court's Practice Direction - Re. Guidelines for the Use of Technology in any Civil Litigation Matter.
