Mandeep practices with our health law and personal injury litigation groups. She has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and in the Supreme Court of Canada.
Mandeep articled with Harper Grey LLP between 2003-2004. During law school, she was a selected member of the Gale competitive moot team.
Representative Client Work
- Successfully defending physicians in medical malpractice matters and compromised infant matters
- Co-counsel for the Respondent Crown in R v. Stirling, 2008 SCC 10, where the Supreme Court of Canada upheld the appellant's conviction for two counts of criminal negligence causing death, and one count of criminal negligence causing bodily harm
- Successfully defending clients before the Human Rights Tribunal
- Successfully resolving matters through mediation
- Assisting senior counsel with special prosecution trials
- Assisting senior counsel with a Mareva Injunction application
- Assisting senior counsel with a complex foreclosure trial
