Lindsay Johnston joined Harper Grey LLP as an articling student in 2009. After being called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2010, she joined the firm as an associate practicing with our environmental law, professional regulation and health law groups.

Representative Client Work

Lindsay has appeared consistently before the British Columbia Supreme Court and the Provincial Court of British Columbia. She has also assisted senior counsel at the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Recently, she assisted a senior Harper Grey LLP lawyer in trial before the Supreme Court seeking recovery of $2.3 million in property damage due to fire and achieved a successful result.

Background

Lindsay was born and raised in Powell River, B.C. She completed an accelerated law program at the University of Edinburgh, graduating with a first class distinction, and thereafter obtained her Canadian accreditation in 2009. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Lindsay obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree at Simon Fraser University, majoring in history with a minor in sociology.

Lindsay enjoys running, traveling and playing soccer and squash.
