Una Radoja is an associate with Harper Grey LLP. She practices in the areas of commercial litigation, securities and environmental law.
Una acts in complex commercial and environmental disputes, and regularly advises BC business and industry on the Environmental Management Act and Contaminated Sites Regulation. Una writes for various publications and conferences, and is instrumental in the preparation of the regularly updated text, British Columbia Environmental Management Legislation and Commentary, published by LexisNexis Butterworths. She also assists in the preparation of the advanced course, Environmental Law in Practice at the Faculty of Law at UBC.

- Conducting litigation and dispute resolution for clients in commercial disputes at all levels
- Acting on behalf of former owners, operators and directors in the Gehring appeal, BC's leading decision regarding allocation of clean-up costs
- Creating strategies to assess and minimize environmental risk, such as releases, indemnities and reps and warranties, including lease and contract provisions
- Advising clients on all aspects of environmental law, including common law, legislative and regulatory obligations arising from contamination of land, water and air
- Instructing environmental consultants and other experts on various aspects of the remediation of contaminated sites, from investigation and risk assessment through implementation of remedial measures
