Abigail practises in our insurance and health law groups, which includes providing assistance to medical professionals and insurance clients. 

In her health law practice, Abigail handles a wide range of matters, including civil litigation, human rights complaints, hospital privilege issues and inquests. Abigail's insurance law practise focuses primarily on disability insurance and life insurance defence, including liability and coverage matters.

Background

Abigail was born in Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire, England and grew up in British Columbia. She spent one year living in France - she is fluent in French and has a working knowledge of Spanish. Abigail spent a year in England in the 1990's completing her Masters of Law. She is an avid snowboarder and traveller. In 2008-2009, she was President of the Rotary Club of Vancouver Sunrise.
