Kim Yee graduated from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2006. She clerked with the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench from 2006-2007 and then practiced with an Edmonton based firm before moving to Vancouver in 2008.

Representative Client Work

Acting on behalf of regional, national and international insurance companies, Kim works on a range of insurance issues such as:

• Commercial general liability
• Casualty claims
• Coverage issues
• Automobile accidents
• Occupiers liability matters for large, multinational retail chains

Kim also works wtih our health law group, defending physicians against allegations of medical malpractice.

Background

Kim enjoys volunteering for various community organizations. Her past activities have included contributing her time and expertise to Student Legal Services of Edmonton, the Hope Mission and the AIDS/HIV network of Edmonton. 

Now that she lives in Vancouver, Kim is looking forward to enjoying golf year-round.
