Harper Grey LLP's criminal law practice group includes experienced criminal defence lawyers who bring a wealth of experience to each case. We have represented clients in some of British Columbia’s most well known criminal law cases.

- Counsel on many major multi-count cases involving allegations of historical sexual abuse
- Counsel in the Court of Appeal on numerous matters, both for the Accused/Appellant and the Crown/Respondent, including several successful appeals from first degree murder convictions
- Co-Counsel for one of the Defendants in the Nanaimo Commonwealth case (otherwise known as the "Bingogate" case)
- Acting as counsel for the accused in Regina v. Pontes where the Supreme Court of Canada upheld all the lower court decisions that a section of the Motor Vehicle Act of BC contravened the Charter
