January 7, 2020
On January 19 and 20, 2020, Harper Grey Lawyers Chris Rusnak, Daniel Reid, Raminder Hayre and Ryan Chan will sit as panel judges at the UBC 2019 Undergraduate Moot Court Conference at the Peter A. Allard School of Law. Moot Court is a simulated court proceeding that is used in most law schools which involves the preparation of a legal argument for a hypothetical legal case. The argument is then presented in front of the panel of judges who assess it based on strength and quality. The hypothetical legal case is intended to expose participants to the basic elements of being a practicing attorney of law.
