Dionne advises and represents clients on a variety of matters relating to professional liability, personal injury, human rights, contract, property damage, administrative law, and other dispute resolution matters. Dionne has assisted airports and air carriers with personal injury claims. She has resolved customer rewards program issues. She has also assisted aviation companies with issues relating to damage to aircraft. She has also handled forum issues.
Dionne has appeared before the British Columbia Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal. She has experience with chambers proceedings, hearings, and trial. She also has experience with alternative dispute resolution mediums.
Dionne received her J.D. from the University of British Columbia in 2015. During law school, Dionne worked with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, participated in the Innocence Project, and competed in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. In her final year, Dionne attended the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. for a semester.
Dionne is currently a coach for the University of British Columbia team for the Jessup International Moot Court Competition. Dionne writes for the Insurance Law Netletter for LexisNexis.
