Kim Jakeman and Rose Keith to present on Ethical Issues in Mediation

On October 9, Harper Grey lawyers, Kim Jakeman and Rose Keith, will present on Ethical Issues in Mediation to the CBA Young Lawyers Section. The presentation will focus on ethical and practical issues that arise in the context of mediation as they relate to clients, opposing counsel, opposing parties and the mediator. Being held in house at Harper Grey, Kim and Rose will consider issues such as unconscious bias and the need for independent legal advice, while sharing some of their own experiences as counsel and mediators.
