Our Response to Covid-19

With growing global concerns around COVID-19 (‘coronavirus’), we wanted to provide you with an update to our response to the pandemic.

At Harper Grey we believe that our role and responsibility during this time is two-fold:  to safeguard the health, safety and well-being of our firm members, clients, contacts, and colleagues while continuing to provide our services and to be socially responsible and help to reduce the speed with which COVID-19 is being spread.

At the present time we are open for business.

As soon as this situation began to unfold, our continuity strategy activated and continues to adjust and adapt to the circumstances.

We are well positioned and prepared to continue to be responsive to our clients’ legal and business needs throughout any potential shutdowns or quarantines that may be established to contain the outbreak.  We have technology in place that will enable us to provide uninterrupted service whether some or all of our firm members are required to work remotely.

Over the last weeks, precautionary measures have been taken to protect our firm members and clients and visitors alike and help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by instituting social distancing as well as respiratory etiquette and hand washing protocols, and enhanced sanitation efforts including frequent cleaning of common touchpoints throughout our premises.  We have also instituted policies surrounding business and personal travel, events and meetings.  In such a dynamic situation, communication is critical and our new internal COVID-19 Resource Hub ensures that all of our firm members are kept up-to-date on the latest developments.

We will continue to update this page as the situation unfolds.

This is a rapidly evolving global situation, and we must remember that we’re all in it together and do what we can to support each other in the weeks and months ahead.  For those of you whose lives and businesses have already been affected by the Coronavirus – know that our thoughts are with you.

Be well.
