To increase awareness of the benefits of having a will, the Government of British Columbia has proclaimed April 9-15, 2018 as “Make A Will Week”. The purpose of this annual campaign is to encourage the public to write their will or bring an existing will up-to-date. Planning wills and estates involves consideration of a wide range of personal, family and legal issues which can include appointing guardians for children, protecting wealth for younger beneficiaries, creating trusts in wills for disabled beneficiaries and tax efficient planning. We can help you ensure that the assets you have carefully built are preserved, protected and passed on in the way you intend. To learn more about how we can help you put a plan in place to care for those you love and to protect what you have worked so hard to build contact either Sandra Abley or Bill MacRae.
