Scott Marcinkow and Joel Morris join Harper Grey Partnership

We are pleased to announce the addition of Scott Marcinkow and Joel Morris to the Harper Grey partnership on January 1, 2019.

Scott’s diverse civil litigation practice spans workplace law, health law, and professional regulation.  He is the Chair of Harper Grey’s Workplace Law Group and works with employers and employees on a wide variety of workplace issues.  He is one of our in-house authorities on human rights law, and he also represents professionals in a broad range of regulatory investigations.  Scott joined Harper Grey in 2008. 

Joel maintains a general litigation practice focusing on professional liability; commercial litigation, including multi-party cases and class actions; and administrative law.  He has the distinction of being one of the youngest lawyers to be named a Harper Grey partner.  Joel joined Harper Grey in 2012.
