Jonathan Meadows to present at CLE Insurance Law Conference

On November 2, 2018 Harper Grey lawyer, Jonathan Meadows, will present at the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia’s Insurance Law Conference. Jonathan’s presentation, titled “Are Car Thieves Bad Drivers? – Reasonable Foreseeability and the Decision in Rankin’s Garage,” will focus on how the Supreme Court of Canada’s recent decision on the scope of the duty of care highlights the importance of the reasonable foreseeability inquiry.
