Co-authored by Harper Grey lawyer, Scott Marcinkow, and Harper Grey articling student, Morgan Barber, the most recent Workplace Law Strategies Blog post discusses the recent the BC Human Rights Tribunal decision in Ziegler v. Pacific Blue Cross (No. 2), 2020 BCHRT 125.

The case addressed alleged discrimination against Ms. Ziegler on the basis of family status when her employer imposed a change to her work schedule that impacted on her childcare arrangements.
