Haiger Ye

Haiger is an associate with the business law group. Working with senior lawyers, she helps businesses with a wide range of corporate matters and commercial transactions including compensation and equity incentive plans, purchase and sales, corporate governance, private equity financing, shareholder matters, and business entity formation and structuring.

Haiger works with clients at all stages of the business lifecycle and enjoys working with senior lawyers helping clients navigate the variety of business opportunities and challenges that arise at different points in a company’s evolution.

Haiger attended the University of Calgary for her J.D. and completed her BSc in Genetics and Neuroscience at the University of British Columbia. During law school she was recognized with a Global Learning Award. She combines interdisciplinary academic training with a commitment to justice and global engagement.
