Charlotte Lam
Associate
Charlotte is an associate working with our insurance law and commercial litigation groups.
Charlotte’s legal practice is focused on acting for insurers on construction litigation, defendant bodily injury, professional liability, property damage and flood and fire related losses, fraud defences, and bad faith claims.
In her commercial litigation practice, she works with senior counsel on contract disputes, and litigation involving real property and estates.
Charlotte has experience appearing before the BC Supreme Court and the BC Small Claims Court.
Charlotte was recognized for her scholastic achievements both at law school and as an undergrad. She was awarded the Bruce Jones Memorial Scholarship from the University of Alberta Law School, and UBC’s Perry Bar Hall and Trek Excellence Scholarships.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys travelling, camping, and spending time with her dog, Meadow.
