Jasmine Kang
Associate
Jasmine is an associate working with our business law group.
As a member of our business law group, Jasmine advises firm clients and supports senior lawyers on a wide range of business law, real estate, and estate planning matters.
In her business law practice Jasmine assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sales, corporate governance, shareholder matters, and business entity formation and structuring.
Her real estate practice is focused on transactions involving development, preparing disclosure statements, and the purchase, sale, and leasing of real property.
In her estate planning practice, Jasmine assists senior counsel with:
- individualized estate planning advice regarding wills, powers of attorney and representation agreements;
- estate administration including obtaining estate grants and other estate administration applications; and
- providing guidance to personal representatives including executors, attorneys and representatives.
Jasmine is recognized for her community contributions, including co-founding English-Pinglish: Connection Through Language and volunteering with organizations like the Khalsa Diwan Society. Fluent in Punjabi, Jasmine also reads and writes in the language, allowing her to serve and connect with a broad range of clients.
Outside of work, Jasmine spends her time practicing yoga, travelling and watching her favorite DJs and artists perform live. She can also be found pursuing her passion for baking and swimming.
