Noah Robinson-Dunning

Noah is an associate with Harper Grey’s Construction & Engineering Group. He provides practical, timely advice and supports clients through all stages of construction projects and disputes. Noah assists owners, developers, contractors, and insurers with a broad range of matters, including contract review, builders liens, property damage, deficiency claims, professional negligence, and risk management issues.

Noah regularly represents clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court, and tribunals. He also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediations and arbitrations. Prior to joining Harper Grey, Noah gained valuable experience at a full-service litigation firm and a municipal law firm, where he maintained a diverse practice that included corporate, construction, and insurance disputes, as well as subrogation matters.

Noah is deeply committed to community service, regularly volunteering with Access Pro Bono to provide summary legal advice to clients of limited means. In his spare time, Noah enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family.
