Rachel has diverse experience advising clients across her broad litigation practice.

Biography

Rachel is an associate with Harper Grey, working with our health law, professional regulation, and white-collar crime groups. She is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer and has appeared at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.

In her health and professional regulation practices, Rachel represents professionals such as physicians, dentists, podiatrists, physiotherapists and psychologists in complaint, disciplinary, billing, and other matters, often involving their respective regulatory bodies.

Active in the legal community, Rachel is a member of several criminal defence advocacy groups and is a supervising lawyer with the UBC Innocence Project.
