With over five years’ experience in property losses, subrogation, bodily injury, construction, and professional liability claims, Gavin has appeared before the BC Provincial Court and Supreme Court, and is skilled in chambers, trial, and Civil Resolution Tribunal matters. His background as President and Corporate Secretary of a Canadian tech company brings a unique business perspective to his legal work.
