Chloe maintains a practice focused on health law.
Chloe joined Harper Grey in 2025 as a member of the firm’s Health Law Group. She brings a unique perspective to her practice, drawing on her training and experience as a registered nurse and her background as a health policy researcher.
In her practice, Chloe advises healthcare professionals and institutions on a wide range of complex legal and regulatory issues, including professional liability, medical malpractice, and compliance matters. She provides thoughtful, strategic counsel to clients navigating the evolving health law landscape and is committed to ensuring they meet their professional and legislative obligations. Chloe advocates on behalf of her clients in both litigation and regulatory proceedings, delivering practical solutions aligned with their legal and professional objectives.
Chloe earned her J.D. from Queen’s University, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Canadian Journal of Commercial Arbitration. She was actively involved in student leadership as Vice President of the Society of Graduate and Professional Students and received several academic awards, including the course prize in Bankruptcy and Restructuring Law. Chloe held executive roles with the Queen’s Technology Law Club and the Queen’s Health Law Club.
