Biography
With over a decade of experience as a commercial and civil litigator, Daniel has created a reputation for himself as an adept problem solver.
Daniel represents companies and individuals in significant and complex litigation matters, including corporate and shareholder litigation, fraud claims, securities, and real-estate related disputes. In doing so, Daniel brings a seasoned and practical perspective to his diverse practice.
Daniel has been called to the Bar in Alberta and British Columbia and has significant trial experience in lengthy and complex litigation. He has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and British Columbia, and before the Federal Court.
