Eric Mo

Eric’s legal practice is focused on civil litigation and regulatory matters in the fields of health, aviation and insurance law. He has appeared before the British Columbia Provincial Court, and the British Columbia Supreme Court. He has experience in chambers proceedings, mediation, and assisting clients with Civil Resolution Tribunal disputes.

In his insurance and aviation practice, Eric assists clients with a variety of litigation defence matters, including bodily injury, property damage, Strata disputes, construction deficiencies, and professional liability claims.

In his health law practice, Eric represents physicians in both regulatory and civil litigation matters.

Eric attended the University of British Columbia for both his J.D. and BSc. During this time, Eric invested numerous hours volunteering for UBC Legal Education Outreach, the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program and the UBC Innocence Project.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, and travelling.
