Harper Grey lawyer, Rose Keith, QC, recently authored an entry for The Verdict’s “Employment Update” column on the topic of “Family Status Accommodation.”

A frequently dealt with issue in employment law is request for accommodation on the basis of a human rights protected ground, one of which is family status. With the complications to life presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, requests for family status have been on the rise.
