Rose Keith, KC, appointed to The Advocates’ Society’s LSBC v. BC Task Force

Harper Grey partner, Rose Keith, KC, was appointed to The Advocates’ Society’s Law Society of British Columbia v. British Columbia (Attorney General) Task Force.

The Task Force will intervene in the matter of Law Society of British Columbia v. British Columbia (Attorney General) at the British Columbia Court of Appeal. This appeal concerns the constitutionality of B.C.’s new Legal Professions Act, which was passed in May 2024.
