Luke prides himself on providing strategic advice to business owners.
Biography
Luke is a senior associate with our Business Law Group. He joined the firm in 2020 after completing his articles with Harper Grey and being called to the British Columbia Bar.
Luke maintains general corporate/commercial solicitor’s practice, advising clients on a wide range of matters including:
- Mergers and Acquisitions,
- Debt and Equity Financing,
- Business Entity Formation and Structuring,
- Corporate Governance,
- Commercial Agreements,
- Shareholder Disputes, and
- Real Estate Transactions.
When not in the office, Luke enjoys golfing, playing squash, and spending time with his young family.
