Biography
Luke joined Harper Grey in 2020 as an associate with our business law group after being called to the BC Bar. Prior to being called, Luke was an articling student at the firm.
Luke’s practice is focused on corporate commercial law. He assists clients with matters primarily relating to:
- Mergers and Acquisitions,
- Corporate Finance,
- Business Entity Formation and Structuring,
- Corporate Governance,
- Shareholder Disputes, and
- Other Corporate Related Matters
When not in the office, Luke enjoys golfing and spending time with his young family.
