Tarek Elneweihi to guest judge Western Canadian Music Awards

Harper Grey Lawyer, Tarek Elneweihi, has been selected to sit a guest judge for Western Canadian Music Awards. Tarek will be judging the metal/hard rock category this year. The first round of judging is set to take place on April 27 with winners being announced in the Fall.

The Western Canadian Music Alliance is an organization created by the Music Industry Associations (MIA’s) of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, The Northwest Territories, and the Yukon Territory to promote and celebrate western Canadian music. Read more about the alliance here.

Prior to the completion of his law degree, Tarek toured and performed as a professional musician and produced and mixed several albums for both his own projects and other artists/bands.
