Cameron Elder and Nina Dauvergne author, “Working with Treating Physicians” for TLABC Medical Legal Conference

On Thursday, November 30, 2023, the Trial Lawyers Association of BC (TLABC) hosted a Medical Legal Conference at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel in Vancouver, BC focused on critical topics at the intersection of law and medicine.

Harper Grey partner, Cameron Elder was a speaker at the event and discussed the applicable law and ethical considerations along with practical advice regarding file management and trial conduct in his presentation focused on working with treating physicians. The accompanying course materials for this discussion topic, were authored by Cameron along with Harper Grey lawyer, Nina Dauvergne in the form of a paper titled, “Working with Treating Physicians”. The article was made available to TLABC members and attendees of the conference.
