Norm Streu co-authors article published by Construction Business Magazine

Harper Grey lawyer, Norm Streu, recently co-authored an article that was published by Construction Business Magazine.

The article, titled “The new and improved CCDC 5B 2025,” discusses recent updates made to CCDC 5B, a standard form contract for construction managed projects that allows a contractor to act as an advisor at the early stages of the project, and then transition into a builder and, potentially, a fixed price contract.
