Natasha maintains a litigation practice focused on health and insurance law.

Biography

In her current capacity, Natasha handles civil litigation and regulatory matters in the fields of health and insurance law. She has appeared before the British Columbia Provincial Court, the British Columbia Supreme Court, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal. She has experience in chambers proceedings, trial and assisting clients with Civil Resolution Tribunal disputes.

In her insurance practice, Natasha assists clients with a variety of litigation defence matters, including Strata disputes, bodily injury, property damage, construction deficiencies, and professional liability claims including defending insurance agents and brokers in errors and omissions claims.

In her health law practice, Natasha represents physicians in both regulatory and civil litigation matters.

Natasha’s previous experience working as a legal administrative assistant gives her unique insight into the management of files.

Active in the legal community, Natasha is an avid volunteer and generously gives her time to several organizations and committees. In her spare time, Natasha enjoys travel, getting outdoors walking her dog, skiing, and cycling.
