Harper Grey partner, Christopher Rusnak, KC, will present at the upcoming Canadian College of Construction Lawyers Annual Conference.
To be held in Saint John, New Brunswick on May 27, Chris will be presenting a paper that he recently co-published with Harper Grey lawyer, Adam Way, titled “Limitation of Liability Clauses in Multi-Party Construction Disputes: An Uncertain Risk Management Tool.”
