Daniel Reid participates in panel hosted by the CBA Health Law Section

On Thursday, March 6, Harper Grey Associate Counsel, Daniel Reid participated in an online panel hosted by the CBA Health Law Section titled, “Privacy Issues in Health: Legislation, Custodianship and AI”. The panel discussed privacy law issues relating to health records, including disclosure of patient information to third parties, communication between public and private-sector stakeholders, and the use of artificial intelligence in medicine.
